Shipping Policy

In how many day I will get my order?

Delivery of local orders (for Lahore) takes 2 working days. Main cities in Pakistan (Karachi , Islamabad , Peshawar , Multan, Faisalabad etc ) are delivered within 4-5 working days.  For other cities,  7-10 working days .  Delivery may be subject to the availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In any case we might wait for the payment verification to process the order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas of Pakistan and in case of customized orders.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is free  on all orders of value exceeding Rs: 1,500 placed for nationwide delivery. For international orders,  shipping charges will be conformed upon placement of order . Standard payment terms are  cash on delivery, however, we accept  bank transfer, Jazz Cash and  Easypaisa as per customer’s requests.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email, SMS or Whatsapp. You can call us at +92 4235402508-09 or email us at for any assistance.

What method of delivery do you use?

We ship within Lahore City using our local delivery services. For main cities we use Trax and GPO UMS (Urgent Mail Service) for other locations within Pakistan. For payment terms refer to FAQ on delivery status.

For international orders we ship through DHL, FedEx and Aramex.

How many times will the delivery agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable?

The delivery man usually makes 2-3 attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly make sure to provide the correct address, area code and country at the time of placing an order. You can call or email to our customer support in either case of any changes within 24 hours of placing an order. The order will be returned to head office after 3 failed attempt.

Delivery charges will be applied and added to order in case of reshipment of a failed delivery due to customer unavailability amounting to Rs 300.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to taxes and duties.

We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout. These expenses will be borne by the customer. Any applicable custom duties, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
Note: We have made every effort to display the products as close as original colors that appear on the website. Colours you see on screen while viewing product might vary due to screen resolution, therefore, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
